If you'd like to hear the new Lana Del Rey album first, you're cordially invited to a global listening event at Drift.

On Wednesday 22nd March 2023, Drift will be part of a set of global listening events to premiere the forthcoming Lana Del Rey album, Did you know that there's a tunnel under Ocean Blvd.

We will be playing a stream of the album over the shop stereo at 4pm. It is free to attend and anyone who joins us will receive a pink wristband for posterity and a limited edition poster too. We'll also be giving out raffle tickets and making a draw at a later date for a really exclusive goodie bag (we won't have it on the day and we don't exactly know what is in it).

Some bullet points of things we've been asked;

• 4pm start, it's free, it's at Drift in the shop space. 
• There is no age limit, we always encourage young folks to come and enjoy the local record shop.
• The album is about an hour long.
• We can't sell or preorder any of the CD/LP editions (we actually don't have them yet fyi).
• The shop space has a big bar and a big counter to lean on. 
• We don't know how many people are coming, but it'll be fun we're sure.
