Chime Oblivion - Chime Oblivion

CHIME OBLIVION was born unexpectedly when David Barbarossa, a fan of OSEES, reached out to John Dwyer. After meeting at a London show, the two hit it off and quickly began writing songs together. Their collaboration led to the creation of unique "basin drums" ideas, recorded over five days of creative sessions in Dwyer's studio.

Dwyer brought in Weasel Walter for his distinct proto-punk, no-wave guitar touch, which added a wild edge to the project. Tom Dolas was enlisted to contribute fuzzy marimba, while H.L. Nelly, who Dwyer knew from his time with Naked Lights, provided the perfect vocal style for the vision. The band is rounded out by Brad Caulkins, who has also worked with Bent Arcana and Witch Egg.
