Last year the Warp label, in their infinite wisdom, reissued the vast majority of the Boards of Canada catalogue. They were all issued under the highest audio standards, with Noel Summerville in particular producing superb editions re-mastered from the original DAT tapes onto heavyweight vinyl (in some instances using the original plates).
One of the notable absences was the Hi Scores mini album, released on the Skam label. Originally released in 1996 the six track EP hasn't been available since 1999 so news of a repress in October is very welcome. Make sure to take advantage of this forthcoming limited repress!
