Gloria is a psychedelic rock powerhouse from Lyon, France, channeling the spirit of the ‘60s with a fresh, fuzz-drenched energy. Led by the hypnotic harmonies of Wendy Martinez, Amy Winterbotham, and Marie-Louise Bourgeois—under the sharp production of guitarist Kid Victrola—their sound is a rich mix of garage grit, celestial pop, and mystical folk, steeped in Motown soul and ‘90s indie swagger.
Following their cult-favorite In Excelsis Stereo (2016) and Sabbat Matters (2021), Gloria has shared stages with Altin Gün, Woods, and Slift, captured on KEXP and featured in AMC’s Lodge 49. Their latest album dives into ancient mythology, weaving muses and deities into a heady, rock-driven trip. A love letter to ‘60s concept albums, it’s wild, disenchanted, and defiantly modern—another step in Gloria’s journey to shape the future from echoes of the past.
