Record of the Week is a very welcome return from Black Mountain. Their new LP IV (yes, their forth) is a scorcher, hard rock and roll with brilliantly measured synths, pop sensitivity and just enough of a hint towards prog. It rattles along with bravado and supreme confidence, they are in full flight. Top stuff. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
