Record of the Week is a shadowy gem, a new project from a duo of shadowy, psychedelic adventurers called Higher Authorities. Their debut album Neptune is a collection of dub influenced, electronic explorations, with legendary producer Adrian Sherwood on mixing and vibes duties... it feels like the spirits of Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry or Sun Ra could almost be presiding.
