Inspired by Chicago House and Detroit Techno, Seeking Thrills is all about analogue club beats (her drumming is quite brilliant) and is full of euphoric pop and melancholic synths. Our first Record of the Week for the new year, it feels like the sort of album that is going to get played and played and played, rightfully so!
