Record of the week is terrifying. World Eater is the gripping and hugely addictive new LP from Benjamin John Power (Fuck Buttons) as Blanck Mass. The pacing is note perfect, it is conducted impeccably through tones and themes with a huge amount going on whilst remaining both individual and completely in control throughout. The sampling is one part Balearic sunset and one part 70's slasher flick, lots of John Carpenter vibes but way more progressive in the way it stops, starts and changes shape.

Makes you dance, makes you wince, makes you think. Really brilliant.
