Q. When is Drift closing?
Drift closed on Saturday 28th February 2026.
Q. What about pre orders that are released after you close?
Although the shop closed, we worked throughout March, April and May behind closed doors to ensure that all pre orders are honoured. All pre orders for releases in May and June will also be honoured and specific information about any changes to usual fulfilment will follow. This includes Click & Collect orders for those periods of time too.
Q. I have a gift voucher to spend?
Gift vouchers remained valid up until we closed, but we have now ceased trading. We gave as much clear information with the longest possible timeline for customers to contact us, but as of April 2026 there is very little we can do to help.
Q. I left a Sale or Return (SOR) release at Drift?
Drift closed. We contacted everyone via the details provided and offered ample opportunity for shipping or collection. All remaining stock was donated to charity as per the 6-month terms we offered.
Please note, since late February 2026, we have been experiencing significant issues contacting email addresses that are provided by Microsoft (to include Outlook, Hotmail and others). This is a widespread authentication requirements (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) issue.
