Our 2024 Record of the Year is The Hard Quartet’s eponymous debut and we have some ROTY special editions. We also spoke to the band and you can read our interview in full, here.

It has again been a great privilege this year to play some part in so many amazing releases. Although our job is firmly rooted in the commercial logistics of keeping the wheels turning (or things spinning at the very least), we take enormous pride in curating music that really means something to us. So across this new issue, please find for your consideration our most favourite new things, not-new things and a throng of other sounds that make us feel like we made the right vocational choices.
