Clear information about visiting us this Summer

We're getting into the swing of being open again, we want it to stay that way.

On Monday 19th July, England will move to the final stage of easing Covid restrictions. This in effect means you can pretty much 'do what you like' officially, but that's just not going to work for us. If you want to come and see us in person (which is great news), we're still going to need you to wear a face covering. Now we know that the Government say you do not have to, but after careful consideration, we have decided that in our own best interest, if you want to come in to see us, you will need a mask. It is not a big request and we know that you will back us on it.

The vast majority of the Drift staff have only had one of our vaccinations. Because of our age demographics we are THE most at-risk right now and we need to carefully work around risk wherever possible. If our ability to come to the shop, tend to the website, pick orders, pack parcels and ship them out to you became compromised, we would have a big issue on our hands.

The good news is that you're all used to wearing a mask and Drift can now open up six days a week for browsing and click & collect. We're also making take away coffee during the browsing hours if you're passing.

We'll keep looking at the facts and figures (and getting jabbed) over the coming weeks and hope to be able to adapt accordingly by the middle/end of August. We just know that you're all going to back us on this, thanks for being the kind of visitor that we love.
