We'll keep updating this post, but as per guidelines we are currently closed in Totnes, but permitted to have you safely come and collect your clicks. We are hearing this might change, but let's see eh? Please come and knock on the door as we're likely upstairs packing boxes or drinking drinks and can gladly help.

We will be shipping parcels out as normal with Royal Mail and DHL on all days except weekends and bank holidays. The Tracked 24® and Tracked 48® services seem to be holding up well, but we are unable to take any responsibility for them being delayed.... days before Christmas, during a pandemic. Sure you can appreciate that!

We have not made any firm plans yet for being open physically in January, but based on the new complexities we're anticipating with both Brexit and COVID, it would seem likely that we'll spend the first few weeks behind closed doors taking stock, planning and lamenting. 

But not dwelling... Let's not dwell, let's recover.
