Drift happily ship all items Worldwide. There is a shipping calculator in the basket to give you a clear guide of our rates and available services based on your locations.

🇪🇺 Drift is IOSS registered and collects tax on all EU orders at point of purchase.

🌎 If you are based outside the UK and EU, all prices will appear without tax for you when you checkout.

+ Packaging

Drift use CLP Bukwrap and FLP Flatpack mailers to ship all orders. We have found them to be the very best. We take care to pack your orders safely, but a friendly note to point out that we do not consider cling-wrap or other external packaging to be part of the product you are purchasing. If you standards are unattainably high or you are purchasing items specifically to profiteer on the second hand market, we'd gladly suggest other retailers who might be able to meet your needs.

+ UK Free Shipping

We offer free delivery on orders of £85 and over, sent within mainland UK.

To qualify for free delivery, your order will be sent as one dispatch. If your order includes items that are not in stock at the point of ordering - specifically preorder items - then please expect to wait until all items are available to ship as one delivery. If you are waiting for a box to ship, you are most welcome to add more items to your box, up to the point we ship it to you, but this is not automated so you need to contact us and request that we edit your order and invoice accordingly.

+ Click & Collect

On all orders, we offer a Click & Collect option for you to come and collect your order in Totnes. You will be offered shipping and click & collect options during the checkout process. More info here.

* If you purchase a pre-order item amongst an order of in-stock releases, we will typically hold your box until all items are in stock.

* If you are adding to an order, we advise you contact us when placing the additional order to make sure we notice.

* We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm, on the same day.

* For all shoppers in the USA and in the EU, we offer Royal Mail's International Business Parcel Tracked service for your releases. We also offer the more premium DHL Express service.

* We are unable to ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

* Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. 

* Royal Mail First Class services do not have tracking.

* Royal Mail Tracked 24® does include end-to-end tracking.

* Royal Mail Tracked 48® does include end-to-end tracking.

🇪🇺 Shipping to the EU

As of July 2021, orders valued under £135 travelling to EU countries are now covered by the IOSS scheme. This means that Drift is able to collect VAT at the point of purchase and dispatch, instead of these charges being applied at the point of collection. This should also greatly reduce any handling fees at point of delivery.

Certain countries and territories might still need for you to provide Drift's IOSS number at the point of collection in order to confirm that taxes have been correctly paid on your order. In this situation, please contact us.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Drift because of an incomplete/erroneous address, or because it was not collected from a local depot, we will have to charge you another postage fee in order to re-send it. We will contact you to arrange this before we re-ship anything.
