OVO is Peter Gabriel’s soundtrack to the Millennium Dome Show in London, the 160-artist extravaganza that underwent 999 performances during the 365 days in 2000 that the Dome was open. Helping to tell the story of three generations of the same family living through three distinct eras – the past, the present, the future – Peter’s soundtrack accordingly draws from deep, long-held tradition and from contemporary grooves. The ancient dancing the same millennium-celebrating dance as the modern.

Record Store Day FAQs

When is this released?

Peter Gabriel - OVO [Half Speed Master] is released as part of Record Store Day 2025.

It will be available physically in the shop from 9am on Saturday 12th April 2025. Any remaining stock will then be made available at 8pm on Monday 14th April 2025.

Can I pre order a copy?

Drift, like all participating shops, are bound by the RSD code of conduct. We are unable to pre sell or reserve any RSD titles.

So, how do I get one?

Drift will be open at 9am on Saturday 12th April and you need to come and see us in person. There will be a queue and we try and make it as much fun as possible.

Any remaining stock will be made available at 8pm on Monday 14th April and you will be able to purchase copies via this page. Traffic is always high, it is very much first to complete checkout.
