Drift Record of the Month Club

Available in three, six or twelve month configurations, join the Drift Record of the Month Club and start adding to your amazing collection.

Each month the Drift staff come together and collectively pick one new album that we really love and that we know you're all going to love too. New music from alt rock and post-punk, through to Country tones, amazing voices, jazz and electronic bleeps; this is all about discovery. Whether you are treating yourself or giving the gift (that keeps giving!) a Drift Record of the Month subscription is going to bring amazing new music to your stereo. You'll also receive a Drift tote bag with your first parcel and we automatically enter all subscribers into every draw we make for test pressings, exclusive promo items and our huge in-shop fabric marketing banners.

The Record of the Month club makes for a great gift as you'll be sent a printable PDF welcomer that you can forward on (via email, text, WhatsApp etc) in advance of the first parcel.

Always Exclusive.

If any of our Record of the Month albums include exclusive signed elements or limited vinyl colourways, we'll always ensure that club members receive them.

Here, there or anywhere...

Your subscription will be posted out direct to your door (or someone else's if you want to give a record club membership as a gift) but you can totally come and pick it up at Drift if you're local.

We really care!

Each Record of the Month is hand-picked by the Drift staff and based on what we love and what we think you're going to love too!

How the club works FAQs.

What happens when I place my order?

Firstly, we'll send you a welcome message via email so that we're in touch. If you have placed the order as a gift for someone else, we can include a gift message in the first order and ensure that none of the invoice paperwork is included. We'll also ask you which month you want to start the subscription on.

We will also send you a great-looking membership welcomer that you can either print out to give to someone physically, or of course forward easily via email or digital message to explain the gift.

What exactly is included?

Each month you will recieve one new album on either vinyl or CD based on your subscription type. The first delivery (whether CD or LP) will also include a complimentry Drift tote bag. Postage is included and we'll use a tracked service so that you can always see your package en route. You will receive either three, six or twelve new albums based on your order and they will arrive monthly.

What date will they arrive?

We have to be totally honest, this might be a little erratic! Our Record of the Month is chosen from all of the albums that are commerically released that calendar month, but you could in theory end up receiving two in a few weeks then have a six/seven week gap! All we can say is that we keep in touch with everyone to let them know exactly what the album is and when it will be shipping. You will know what you are receiving and when before it has been shipped to you.

I really don't want the chosen album...

That's totally fine. We know that there are loads of reasons why you might come to that conclusion (perhaps you/they have already preordered or purchased it?) We can sort you out, Drift is run by nice people on the other end of an email or the phone. We'll simply offer up some alternative options for you.

Is this International?

Not currently (shipping is quite complicated), but if you did want to purchase the Record Club for delivery outside the UK, just contact us and we can work out how to make this work for you and invoice you for shipping.

Recent 'Record of the Month' albums at Drift have included; Goat Girl, Black Country, New Road, Jane Weaver, Dry Cleaning, Squid, White Flowers, Stephen Fretwell, Chubb and the Gang, Low, BADBADNOTGOOD, Damon Albarn, Geese, Silverbacks, Cate Le Bon, Huerco S., Daniel Rossen, Kevin Morby, Vintage Crop, Viagra Boys, The Lounge Society and Jockstrap.
